The City of Bixby, Oklahoma, invites proposals for Property Maintenance (mowing, trimming, picking up trash & debris) of drainage facilities in the City of Bixby for the one-year period from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. Contracts will be renewable on an annual basis for up to five years, subject to approval of the Bixby City Council each year.
