Based on recent national litigation, it is not clear whether HOAs will continue to be authorized to speak on behalf of their residents in matters related to door-to-door sales and solicitations. Therefore, the City is recommending that all residents place “No Solicitation” signs on their property and register on the City’s “No-Knock” database.
Those individuals issued a Permit (shown above) are provided a copy of the No-Knock List and must have their permit visible when conducting business under their issued permit. If you are unsure if you are registered already, please go ahead and submit a request.
