About the Contest
The City of Bixby Public Works Department held a coloring contest where the winners of each l received a free snow cone from Josh’s Sno Shack. The Public Works Department created the contest to help our young Bixby residents to understand the importance of protecting our creeks, streams, and rivers since pollutants in our waterways can adversely affect all the living creatures that depend on the health of our watershed.
