Citizens can now submit online formal complaints with Code Enforcement utilizing the Code Enforcement Complaint Form located on the Bixby Police Department website.
Some types of common code violations are:
- Off-street Abandoned or Junk vehicle
- Off-street Vehicle without Current Plates
- Off-street Parking Violation
- High Grass and Weeds
- Piles of Tree Limbs
- Portable Signs
- Swimming Pool Violation
- Trash, Junk and Litter
- Disrepair Vacant Houses
- No Building Permits
- Fence Issues
Not Considered Code Enforcement Nuisances
The instances listed below are not code enforcement nuisances by ordinance, and citizens should contact the Bixby Police non-emergency number 918-366-8294 to issue complaints:
- All types of on the street parking violations.
- All types of noise complaints.
- All types of complaints dealing with Domesticated Animals.
- For Non-Domesticated Animals please contact the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife & Conservation.
