The City of Bixby has scheduled a recruitment period for firefighters / EMT’s. 

Requirements 

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have the minimum of EMT Basic to apply. 
• Possess a driver’s license
• Have a driving record acceptable to the City’s insurance carrier
• Have no felony convictions. 

Testing Process Requirements
 Applicants will be required to pass a general aptitude written test, physical agility test or an equivalent and the state required physical examination. 

 Salary

Salary dependent on experience and certifications.
