The Mingo intersections 111th, 121st and 131st were all funded in the 2011 bond package which provided matching dollars (25%) for federal construction grant dollars (75%). The intersections are being constructed in the order that the right of way acquisition has been obtained, thus 111th and Mingo was the first project completed. The matching dollars will yield around $3 million in total of federal funds that do not have to burden Bixby taxpayers.
